BOH SPECIALIST (Back of House)

Do you thrive behind the scenes, keeping things clean, organized, and running like clockwork? At Refuel Coffee Co., our BOH Specialists are the unsung heroes—prepping food, managing dishes, and supporting the team so every guest has an amazing experience.

We’re looking for someone who’s dependable, detail-driven, and takes pride in doing things with excellence. From smoothie bowls to sandwich prep, from kitchen cleaning to restocking—you make the magic happen.

The Role Includes:

  • Food & drink prep (smoothie bowls, breakfast items, etc.)

  • Dishwashing & maintaining a spotless kitchen

  • Restocking supplies & supporting baristas

  • Upholding health and safety standards

  • Serving with joy and purpose

FOH SPECIALIST (Front of House)

Do you have a heart for hospitality and a passion for people? Our FOH Specialists are the energy in the room—the ones who keep things flowing, guests smiling, and the shop looking sharp. At Refuel Coffee Co., this role is all about cultivating an excellent atmosphere where every person feels seen, served, and valued.

You’ll help create the high-energy, joyful environment we’re known for by busing tables, restocking merch, refreshing restrooms, keeping the shop spotless, and jumping in wherever needed—all with a smile and servant's heart.

The Role Includes:

  • Care for guests with warmth and intentionality

  • Bus tables and maintain a clean, welcoming space

  • Restock merchandise and supplies

  • Attend and refresh restrooms regularly

  • Support the team and contribute to a high-energy atmosphere
